2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@shiplog.online or reach out directly to Paddle at paddle.com.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed through Paddle. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
